Own production
The composition is prepared in industrial production conditions. To do this, all components of the mass are mixed into a homogeneous composition, loaded into special forms, rammed and pressed using vibration compressors for 20 seconds so that the filler and binding elements do not have time to separate into fractions and lose their quality characteristics.
The finished blocks are dried in the open air for several days at a certain humidity and temperature, thanks to which the products can gain their brand strength.

Wall panels made of porous arbolite
Panels for construction of low-rise (up to 3 inclusive) houses. Any sizes up to 7m in length and 3.2m in height are possible.
They are assembled individually for each house project.
Walls made from arbolite panels are quite strong, have sufficient ventilation to create a “breathing” layer, are considered non-flammable (due to special fire retardant treatment), and provide good protection from noise and extraneous sounds.

Is it possible to mount a TV to a wall made of arbolite and will it hold?
Yes. Nails and screws easily go into arbolite, and whatever you screw to the wall will hold firmly.
