A pallet — is a transport container that has a rigid platform and space sufficient to create a large cargo unit, used as a base for collecting, storing, handling and transporting goods.
They are designed to store cargo and move it using mechanical means. Goods placed on a pallet can be pulled to it with belts (fastening tapes) or wrapped with heat-shrinkable or stretch films.

Own production
The required type of wood is selected, most often coniferous (pine, spruce) or deciduous (birch). The wood is dried to reduce its moisture content and improve resistance to deformation.
The logs are sawn into planks and beams of the required dimensions. The finished parts are fastened with nails or screws on an automated assembly line.
Pallets can be heat treated to kill pests and increase strength. Finished pallets are sent to the warehouse or to the customer for further use in logistics and transportation.

Universal
Universal pallets are flexible in use and suitable for transporting a wide range of goods. Their design is developed for use in various industries, providing reliability and convenience when transporting goods of different types and weights.

Euro pallets
Wooden pallets EUR/EPAL, manufactured in accordance with European quality standards
Dimensions: 1200x800 and 1200x1000.
Reinforced decking structure
The reinforced structure of the pallet deck provides increased strength and stability, making it ideal for transporting heavy loads. Thanks to additional stiffening ribs and high-quality materials, such a pallet lasts longer and reduces the risk of damage to goods.

How many pallets fit in a Gazelle?
A standard-size body can hold 64 or 80 units of containers of the most popular sizes. If we are talking about a vehicle with an increased awning height, the load capacity will increase. For Euro pallets it will be 100 units, for regular ones - 80 units.
How much does a pallet weigh?
A new wooden pallet made of quality wood weighs from 15 to 32 kg. The final weight always depends solely on the grade of the raw material, its type and the size of the product itself.
What are pallets with stamps for?
Special marking: EPAL, EUR is applied to Euro pallets that comply with international transportation standards. Without it, the use of containers in this area of activity is not permitted. Unmarked products of the corresponding dimensions are used exclusively on the domestic market.
In what cases should used pallets not be used?
1. If international transportation is planned. Increased requirements are imposed on such pallets: the presence of phytosanitary treatment, documentary confirmation of passing this procedure, the use of special Euro pallets with the appropriate stamp.
2. If used pallets do not fit in size and other parameters. As is known, pallets can be 2- or 4- way . When a forklift operates in a room with limited space, this criterion may be relevant.
3. If the pallets will be used for transporting food products.
